The relationship is the unit of change.

Relational Health is a clinical company founded by two clinical psychologists. We build digital products, evaluate health technology, and train professionals, bringing specialist expertise in mental health from pregnancy onwards.

What we do

Four ways we work

Our roots are in perinatal and infant mental health, and our work spans the whole of mental health: mothers, fathers, babies, families, and the services and products built for them.

Digital products

We design and build psychology informed digital tools for parents. Our first product is Attunely, an app that supports parents of babies in hard moments, from pregnancy to age two.

About Attunely

Clinical evaluation

We review digital health products for clinical accuracy and safety, across mental health, perinatal and maternal health, parenting, and beyond. Claims verification, hazard classification, escalation logic, and NHS pathway alignment, done by practising clinicians.

How it works

Teaching and training

Workshops, teaching, and reflective practice for NHS teams, health visitors, family hubs, and early years professionals, grounded in infant mental health theory and everyday clinical reality.

What we teach

Consultancy and service design

We help services build pathways for parents and babies. We have designed and delivered an infant parent pathway inside an NHS service and can help yours do the same.

Clinical evaluation

Clinical eyes on your health technology

Digital health products make clinical claims and handle clinical risk. Most teams building them do not have a clinician in the room. We provide that judgement, as a defined piece of work with clear outputs, not a vague advisory role.

Reviews are led by clinical psychologists and cover the full breadth of mental health content: maternal and perinatal mental health, anxiety and depression, parenting, family wellbeing, and general health content with a psychological dimension. Your product does not need to be about babies or relationships for us to review it.

For products that need other specialties, we can source and coordinate appropriate clinical reviewers, so you get one point of contact and a consistent standard.

  • Verification of clinical and health claims in your content
  • Hazard identification and classification
  • Review of escalation and safeguarding logic
  • Alignment with NHS pathways and UK guidance
  • Benchmarking AI generated output against clinical judgement
  • Clinical input to usability and safety testing
  • Coordinated review across multiple clinical specialties
Teaching and training

Training that changes how professionals see babies

We teach the theory and practice of early relationships in a way that stays useful on a Monday morning: what is happening between a parent and a baby, what gets in the way, and what professionals can actually do.

Sessions can be delivered as one off workshops, training days, or ongoing reflective practice, in person or online, and are shaped around your team and setting.

  • Infant mental health and the parent infant relationship
  • Perinatal mental health for non specialist teams
  • Working with fathers and partners
  • Reflective practice facilitation for teams
  • Talks and keynotes on early relationships and digital health
Our product

Attunely

reset. reflect. connect.

Attunely supports parents of babies in the moments that are hardest: when the crying will not stop, when nothing seems to work, when a parent is running on empty. It helps parents notice what is happening in themselves and in their baby, then offers a small step back towards connection.

It is built on clinical theory and designed for real life. Non diagnostic, brief, and honest about its limits.

How we work

Straightforward about scope and fees

Every engagement starts with a free 30 minute conversation about what you need. If we are the right fit, we send a short written proposal with a fixed fee for defined work, or a day rate for ongoing input, so you know the cost before anything begins.

Training days start from £1,250 for groups of up to 20, with larger groups, bespoke programmes, and co-delivered work quoted individually. Reduced rates are available for charities and small voluntary sector organisations.
